介绍了高硅氧玻璃纤维的生产工艺流程。分析了三元高硅氧玻璃纤维各生产工序中的影响因素及过程控制需检测的性能指标。阐述了严格控制每道工序是保证生产出高质量的高硅氧玻璃纤维纱的有力措施。
This paper describes the production process of ternary high-silica glass fiber and analyzes the affecting factors in the steps of production and the performances to be detected for process control. Based on these it contends that the strict control of each step is a powerful ganrantee for obtaining top quality high-silica glass yarn.
