摘要 研究了二氧化锰、三氧化二铝、碳酸钙等无机粉体对煤粉的催化助燃效果,以及其按一定比例混合制备的助燃剂对煤粉着火、燃烬的影响。探讨了无机盐助燃剂的催化燃烧机理,并阐述了炼铁高炉喷煤助燃剂的工业应用前景。 The effects of some inorganic chemicals such as manganese dioxide, alumina oxide and calcium carbonate on catalytic combustion of pulverized coal injected into a blast furnace were investigated. The effects of the new pro- moter containing these chemicals on the ignition temperature and the combustion efficiency were studied. The cata- lytic combustion mechanism of these inorganic chemicals was discussed. Industrial applications of this catalytic combustion promoter for pulverized coal injection of the blast furnace were also proposed.
