摘要
通过对链条炉燃烧过程及SO2释放特性进行分析,掌握链条炉内的热工环境。通过热力学分析固硫产物硫酸钙在不同热工环境下的热稳定性,结果表明即使在相对较低的温度下硫酸钙仍然能够分解,使二氧化硫二次释放,降低了固硫率。针对链条炉固硫率低的现状提出了改进措施。
Through analyzing the combustion process and the releasing characteristics of sulpher dioxide in the chain furnace, master the thermal environment in the chain furnace. Analyze the thermal stability of calcium sulfate in different thermal environments, the results show that calcium sulfate also can be decomposed under relative low temperature, sulphur dioxide releases once more, reduce the rate of desulfurization. In this article, propose the improvement measure for this situation of the low rate of desulurization in the chain furnace.
