摘要
笔者选取一种精细化学品处理AS流程含氨生产水,采用“空气吹脱法”对武钢焦化厂AS流程中含氨生产水进行氨氮脱除,研究了反应温度、pH、反应时间、精细化学品的投加量等因素对氨氮去除效果的影响,得出最佳反应条件,提高了脱氨氮效率,从而为焦化废水处理提供新的有效途径。
The purpose of this study was to choose a fine chemical to efficiently remove ammonia nitrogen from the ammonia water in AS Process, which provides a new available approach to treat coking wastewater. The experiment adopted "Air Stripping and Adsorption" to remove ammonia nitrogen from the ammonia water, and studied the reaction temperature ( T/℃ ), pH, the time of stripping( t/min), the dosage of the fine chemical, and so on. Got the optium reaetion condition, improved the removing effiency of ammonia and nitrogen provide a new effective way to treat the Coking wastewater.
