韩国应对金融危机的财税政策

Fiscal Policies Fighting against Financial Crisis:The Case of South Korea

韩国受到金融危机重创,曾一度面临所谓"国家破产"的境地。为此,韩国政府采取了强有力的财税政策。其财税政策既设定了短期目标,也确立了中长期发展目标。本文分析了金融危机对韩国经济的严重影响,并介绍了韩国为应对金融危机所采取的各种财税政策,在此基础上指出了对我国的借鉴意义。

The South Korean economy, which has been shattered heavily by this round of financial crisis, was nearly straggled into a badly plight of ＇national bankruptcy＇. It is for this reason that Korean government has put forward a series of intensive fiscal policies with short-term goals and mid-and-long-term goals. This paper analyzes impacts of financial crisis on Korean economy and introduces various fiscal policies fighting against financial crisis put forward by Korean government. Based on the above-mentioned analysis, the paper also points out the successful experiences of South Korea that might be used as reference for China.
