房室结双径路左侧消融状况

摘要 对房室结折返性室上性心动过速,少数右侧慢径反复消融仍不能成功。有研究发现,对此类患者,尝试左侧消融大多能成功,左侧消融成功与该部分患者房室连接的电生理特点及局部解剖结构与折返环构成的复杂性有关,提示对右侧消融失败病例,左侧消融是一种可以尝试的选择。
