以室性心律失常为首发表现的纵隔肿瘤二例

摘要
病例1,女,18岁,临床表现为室性早搏,超声心动图及胸部CT提示左前纵隔占位,手术病理示囊性畸胎瘤;病例2,男,14岁,临床表现为室性心动过速,胸部CT提示纵隔内脂肪样包块,手术病理示心外膜下脂肪瘤。两例室性心律失常均于肿瘤切除后消失。结论:纵隔肿瘤首发症状可以表现为室性心律失常。
