摘要 谷氨酸(glutamate.Glu)是哺乳动物脑内重要的兴奋性神经递质.Glu通过作用其受体发挥着重要的生物学功能。Glu受体基因存在单核苷酸多态性(single nueleotide polymorphism.SNP),为探讨其在法医学中的应用价值.本研究调查了Glu受体基因之一GRIN1启动子区域-855G/C与-1140G/A2个SNP位点在中国北方汉族群体中的频率分布。
