Study on the Cuttiug Tools Treated by Molybdenum Disulfide

研究了二硫化钼处理工艺的机理及其在切削工具中的应用。工艺试验和生产应用考核证明,经二硫化钼处理的多种切削工具,其使用寿命显著提高。这种方法具有处理温度低、适用性广、工具变形小、操作简便和成本低等优点。

This Paper deals with the mechanism of molybdenum disulfidetreatment and its application for cutting tools.By the process test and pro-duction practice,it was shown that using this treatment,the service life ofmanifold cuttig tools could be graatly improved.This method has following ad-vantages:low treat temperature,wide applicability,less distortion of tools,easyfor operation and low cost.
