高敏C反应蛋白在动脉粥样硬化中临床应用的局限性
摘要
高敏C反应蛋白(high—sensitivity C—reactive protein,hsCRP)作为一项高敏感的炎性反应指标,在监洲冠心病患者病情变化、预测冠心病的预后以及预报亚健康人群发牛冠心病的风险等方面,显示出了一定的临床应用价值。但无论是临床试验,还是实际应用,仍存在争议。现将主要的分歧进行总结。
