对体育学术期刊编辑工作满意度调查研究的必要性探讨

On Necessity of Investigation toward Satisfaction Extent of Editing Work of Sports Academic Periodicals

在阐述体育学术期刊编辑工作满意度内涵的基础上,采用文献资料法对体育学术期刊编辑工作的研究现状进行搜集整理并进行综述,在此基础上,从3个方面对体育学术期刊编辑工作满意度研究的必要性进行了论述:从人文的角度来看,进行工作满意度的调查可以为体育学术期刊编辑部优化人才结构、合理配置资源提供依据;从人力资源管理角度来看,进行工作满意度调查可以为编辑部管理中改进存在的问题提供依据;从体育学术期刊编辑的功能看,进行工作满意度调查对于体育学术期刊的特色的形成与发展、提高编辑个体对编辑部的归属感与工作投入程度、提高刊物质量、促进体育学术发展及传播具有重要的意义。最后对全文进行了总结,对体育学术期刊的发展提出了方向性的建议。

Based on the connotation of the satisfaction extent toward the editing work of sports academic periodicals, by means of literature review, the authors have reviewed and surveyed the current research on the editing work of sports academic periodicals and expounded on the necessity of the research toward this area from three aspects. From humanistic point of view, carrying an investigation on the satisfaction extent on the editing work can provide reference for optimizing the talents ＇ structure and allocating reasonable resources for sports academic periodicals. From the view of human resource management,carrying this survey can provide basis for the solution of existing problems in the management of editing department. Finally, from the editing function of sports academic periodicals,carrying this survey is of great significance for the provision of special features and development of sports periodicals, for improving the sense of belonging of individual editors and their input degree, for improving the quality of periodicals and for enhancing sports academic development and communication. In the end,there is a summary of the research and constructive proposals for the further development of sports academic periodicals are proposed.
