摘要
通过对北京市3所高校中的523位运动训练学专业大三、大四级本科生进行有关教学实习方面的问卷调查。调查目前教学实习对今后体育教育专业学生从事体育教育行业的影响。研究结果表明:实验组与对照组学生在教学实习开始阶段,对于教学实习对今后从事体育教学的态度并无差异;实习结束后,经过教学实习的学生对于工作态度明显比未教学实习的学生积极。通过SEM模型检验,显示出教学实习可以影响学生的预期职业满意感和从业意图之间的联系。这些结论证明实习经历影响着学生对体育教师行业的感性认识及从业意愿。
Through to the Beijing three universities in 523 movement training study specialized big three,big four levels of undergraduate students carries on the related teaching practice aspect the questionnaire survey. The investigation present teaching practice will be engaged in the sports education profession to the next sports education college major the influence. The findings indicated that this experimental group and the control group students in the teaching practice initial stage, will be engaged in the sports teaching regarding the teaching practice to the present the manner and does not have the difference. After the practice had ended, undergoes the teaching practice the student has not been obviously more positive than regarding the work teaching practice's student. Through the SEM model examination,demonstrated the teaching practice may affect student's anticipated occupation satisfaction feeling and be employed between the intention relation. These conclusions proved that the practice experience is affecting the student and is employed the wish to the gym instructor profession perceptual knowledge.
