An Analysis of Self-organizing Characteristics of NBA and Inspiration to China

自组织理论是系统科学最重要的理论之一。它丰富的系统论、整体论、演化论思想,清楚地揭示了包括社会组织在内的复杂系统秩序和活力由来的机理。NBA作为一种民间自组织,已经成为世界上最具影响的国际性职业运动组织结构。通过运用文献资料法、比较分析法、逻辑分析法以及自组织理论的相关原理对NBA自组织特性进行了分析,探讨了NBA自组织形成的条件、演化的动力以及有序发展的原因。结合NBA自组织特性,得出了我国职业体育联赛应减少政府干预、创造有利条件、合理调节涨落等方面的启示。

The theory of self-organization is one of the most important theories in system science. Its rich theories in system, integration and evolution clearly reveal the complex system order including the social organizations and the mechanism derived from vitality. As a non-governmental organization,NBA has become one of the most influential international organizations of professional sports in the world. By means of literature review, comparative analysis, logical analysis and the relevant principles of self-organization theory,the authors of this paper have analyzed the characteristics of self-organization of NBA,explored the conditions of the formation of self-organizations,the motive power of evolution and the reasons for its orderly development. In consideration of NBA＇s characteristics of self-organization,it is concluded that the professional sports league in China should get rid of government intervention, create favorable conditions and regulate its fluctuation reasonably.
