摘要
本文总结了有机硅热控涂层的设计原理及其紫外真空降解原因,评述了涂层的国内外进展。甲基型、透明、双组分有机硅粘料是最好的耐紫外粘料。硅酸盐包覆的氧化锌、钛酸锌是最合适的颜料。对今后的研究方向作了展望。
In this paper, authors summarize the design principles of silicone thermal coned coatings and expoundtheir UV- vacuum degradation reasons. The recent developments at home and abroad of the coatings are reviewed. Silicone binders of methyl - type, transparency and two components are the best UV - resistant binders. Both silicate encapsulated zinc oxide and zinc orthotitanate are the most suitable pigments. Further research efforts are also briefly prospected.
