摘要
依据剥层化学分析试验结果,采用数理统计方法计算和分析了渗碳速度因子与钢中原始化学成分和炉气碳势间的定量关系,讨论了影响渗碳速度的因素,并以活度理论为依据,从热力学角度分析讨论了合金元素的影响机制。
According to the result of the chemical analysis layer-by-layer,the quantitative relationship between the factor of carburizing rate and theprior chemical composition of steel as well as the carbon potential of the atmo-sphere is calculated and analyzed by mathematical statistics method,and thefactors effecting carburizing rate are discussed.Based on the theory of acti-vity,the influencing mechanism of alloy elements is discussed and analyzedfrom the viewpoint of thermodynamics.
