数字化医院的建设是基于电子病历为主线的智能化和信息化的融合应用,从病患者进出医院的整个业务流程均置于数字化管理的范畴。以病人为中心、以电子病历为轴线、以医院智能化为基础、以临床医疗信息系统为支持的信息化系统才是医院数字化建设的正确方向。医院智能化系统和信息化系统是数字化医院建设中密不可分的两部分,两者互为补充,信息化脱离了智能化就没有物理基础,智能化系统没有信息化的应用更没有实质性的意义。因此,信息化是数字化医院的体现。

Information technology is the embodiment of digital hospital.
