摘要
采用NUMECA软件的软件包,对国产某单缸150MW汽轮机次末级(20级)进行了气动性能优化设计研究。通过优化静叶栅的三维外形,减小了动叶的分离区,改善了动静叶的气流角匹配,提高了该级的等熵效率。
Using the Fine/Disign3D software, a package of NUMECA, the results of aerodynamic performance optimization are presented on second last stage (20th stage) of single casing of a 150MW steam turbine. Finally, the separation area has been decreased and isentropic efficiency has also been improved by a change of its three dimensional shape.
