摘要
与国家法相比,民间法存在着一个自成体系的语言系统。在民间法正在步入司法、当代村规民约广泛制定的时代背景下,民间法语言研究对于加强民间法与国家法的良性互动与沟通具有重要意义。
Compared with state law, customary law has a self-formed language system. At a time when customary law is coming into application in court, and village customary rules and regulations are being made concerning a variety of aspects of life, the study of the language of customary law has become greatly significant to strengthening positive interaction and to establishing a link between state law and customary law.
