对渗硼层脆性几种测试方法的评价

The Evaluation on Methods for Detecting Brittleness of Boronized Layer

本文对比、分析、研究了评价渗硼层脆性的三点弯曲、锤击和磨削试验的原理、方法及其影响因素。结果表明:三点弯曲及锤击试验结果分别受渗硼层残余应力和基体硬度所控制,二者呈相反的变化趋势,很难用以单独评价渗硼层脆性;磨削试验是一种定性的方法,且试验条件较为苛刻。作者建议采用三点弯曲及锤击试验的综合结果评价渗硼层脆性。

This paper deals with the comparison and analysis of three point bend,impact and grind test for detecting brittleness of boronized layer from their prin-ciples,means and factors influenced test.The results show that three point bend and impact test are mainly controlled byresidual stress in boronized layer and matrix-hardness respectively.And show cont-rary tendency,so it is difficult to singly evaluate the brittlness of boronizedlayer by three point bend or impact test.Thus the authors suggest that simultane-ously use the results of three point bend and impact test for evaluating the brit-tleness of boronized layer may be optimal.
