用ＤＮＡ扩增技术，检测阴道液和精液混合斑的Ｙ染色体特异ＤＮＡ重复序列，同时对混合斑的ＤＮＡ提取方法进行了改进，获得了理想的Ｙ染色体ＤＮＡ片段的扩增产物。方法简便，灵敏，准确。

The determination of Y target DNA seauenses (Y repeat)in mixed stains of human semen and vaginal secretion by the DNA amplification technique was reported and method of extracting DNA was improved.Satisfied amplification products were obtained in mixed stains with the primers Y 1 1 and Y 1 2 .The method in identification of human semen,especially mixed stains of human semen and vaginal is sensitive,exact and simple.
