微机控制汽车半轴中频淬火工艺

摘要 本文介绍了采用PC机控制汽车半轴中频淬火工艺的应用情况。应用该控制工艺,可使半轴从快退转工退后圆盘定位精度达到±0.25mm;半轴加热后从小喷水转大喷水的位置及喷水量的控制精度达±0.1秒。按半轴各段要求,从工进V_(II)=7~8mm/s到工进V_I=4~5mm/s自动变速。最终使半轴淬硬层深度偏差达到±0.2mm,表层硬度偏差在±HRC3范围内,从而使半轴质量达到国家优等品水平。 This paper introduced the PC-controlled medium-frequencyinduction hardening process half-axle.With this new process the accuracyof the disc positioning after the shaft from fast-withdraw to the work-withdraw reaches±0.25mm.The controlling of water spray positions after theshaft heating and the amsunt of water-spray are very correct,the accuracyis±0.1 second.According to the requirents of different sections of the shaft,the translational speed of the shaft could be adjusted automatically from7~8mm/s to 4~5mm/s.The depth deviation of hardened layer reaches±0.2mm and the hardness deviation is in the range of±HRC3.Th(?)s thequality of the shaft meets the level of national high-class product.
