摘要
菜籽油下脚料经皂化、酸化、氯化、酯化等单元反应,制得一种新型氯代脂肪酸季戊四醇单酯,对云南某中低品位磷矿的粗选实验表明,该非离子型磷矿浮选捕收剂具有较好的起泡性和选择性;通过与氯代脂肪酸钠进行复配,改善了该捕收剂在常温下的水溶性,提高了其吸附固着能力及浮选回收率。
A new floatation collector, chlorinated fatty acid pentaerythritol monoester, is prepared by steps of saponification, acidification, chlorination and esterification with the plant oil residue as raw material. This non-ionic collector is obviously selective and frothy to some low-grade phosphate rock from Yunnan Province through roughing floatation experiments, and after it is mixed with chlorinated fatty sodium, the mixture shows improved solubility, absorbability and selectivity at normal temperature.
