摘要
叙述了美国与欧盟在化学品立法管理方面的基本情况,通过美国TSCA法规与欧盟REACH法规在管理范围、数据要求、评估要求、基本内容、危害化学品的后续管理等方面的比较,对我国化学品的立法提出建议。
Both the regulations basic situation of toxic substances control act（TSCA）in USA and registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals（ REACH）in European Union are described. Through the analysis of these two different regulations in management scope, data requirement, evaluation requirement, basic contents and other details, the suggestion on the chemicals legislation is put forward in China.
