本文对科技生产力发展的兴起、成长、成熟及衰退规律进行了详细的讨论 ,并提出了主体技术更新原则和配套技术复合稳产原则。鉴于科技生产力发展过程的复杂化 ,本文还建立起一种复杂式、复合式的科技生产力发展生命周期模型 。

This paper has intensively discussed the laws of the rising, the growing up, the maturing and the declining in the development of science and technology productive forces. It also gives the principle of renewing main technology and a complete set of techniques for tablizing oil yields. According to the complex development of the productive forces, a complicated and complex life cycle model has been developed, which can describe and recognize the strategic techniques for long-term plan and the tactics for short-term plan.
