坐姿人体体表剪力分布实验与数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 坐姿人体体表剪力分布对于机动飞行过载动感仿真具有重要意义,过载椅正是通过对人体体表施加适当作用力来模拟机动飞行过载的。为了解坐姿人体侧向静态体表剪力分布,设计、并进行了模具泥座椅—真实人体侧向力加载实验;在实验数据基础上,通过SURFER软件与MATLAB软件联合数值模拟,得到了整个人椅接触区域的静态侧向体表剪力分布,并对该分布机理进行了分析。应用力系等效原理,给出分布剪力的等效主矢量、主矩和剪力中心表达式及数值模拟结果,以及动态体表剪力与静态体表剪力的关系。 Importance of body surface shear distribution of sitting posture in g-cueing simulation of mobility flight was discussed. G-seat is just used to simulate mobility flight by acting some proper forces to pilot body. To know static body surface lateral shear distribution, an experiment was designed and done by plasticene seat and real human body with lateral load. Based on measured data, a joint numerical simulation was done by SUREFER and MATLAB softwares and static body surface lateral shear distribution in whole contact area was obtained. And the distribution mechanism was analyzed. By equivalent principle, formulae for all equivalent main force, main moment and shear center of the distribution shear and the result of numerical simulation were given. Finally relationship between dynamic shear and static shear was presentedatoo.
