摘要
对两类评价方法的经济评价准则进行了实质性的探讨，认为两类技术经济分析方法的经济评价准则可统一为净收益最大这个准则。
Studying the connotations of the adopted economic assessment criteria between the two types of methods shows that their economic assessment criteria is compatible in substance and unifies the criteria of net benefit maximum.
