THREE ELEMENTS OF EVALUATION ON TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCE CONTRIBUTION RATIO ——THREE FACTORS METHOD

本文在明确指出生产函数法的应用难点和弱点之基础上，引出了采用因素替换原理进行技术进步贡献评价的思想，并提出了一种新的评价方法，即三要素—三因素评价法。本文通过推导、论证、比较与举例。

Pointing out the difficult spots and the tender spots in the application of product function method,this articale derives the idea of applying factor substitution principle to the evaluation on technological advance contribation ration,and puts forward a new evaluation method,which is named three elements-three factors evaluation method.This article probes that the method is feasible and workable in theory and shows the characteristics of revealing economic activities more deeply through derivation demonstnation comparison and illustation.
