摘要 以癸二酸二甲酯,2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇为原料进行酯交换反应合成了受阻胺光稳定剂Tinuvin765。对四种催化剂(四丁基钛酸酯、氨基锂、二丁基氧化锡、甲醇钠)催化反应的效果进行了考察,其中四丁基钛酸酯的催化效果最好。考察了温度、反应时间、原料摩尔比和催化剂四丁基钛酸酯的用量对反应的影响。实验结果表明:在癸二酸二甲酯与1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶醇摩尔比为1:2.2、四丁基钛酸酯的用量为反应物总质量的0.3%、反应温度为160℃、反应时间为8 h的条件下,反应收率为91.2%。 Tinuvin765, a hindered amine light stabilizer, was synthesized with the transesterification of dimethyl sebacate and 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinol. Three catalysts activities of the reaction were investigated and the catalytic effect was the highest in the presence of tetrabutyl orthotitanate. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction time, mole ratio of reaction and catalyst dosage were also studied. Under optimal reaction conditions: n (dimethyl sebacate):n (1,2,2,6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidiol)=l:2.2, reaction time 8h, reaction temperature 180 ℃ and mass fraction of catalyst to total reactant 0.3%, the product consisted of 23% of mono-(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) monmethyl sebaeate and 73% of bis-(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate, the reaction yield could reach 93%.
