年产10^4吨二甲醚反应器的工艺设计

Problems and its Solutions about Technology Design of the Fixed-bed Reactor for Dimethyl Ether with an Annual Output of 10^4 Tons

摘要 综述了二甲醚的性质、用途及生产方法。对年产104吨二甲醚固定床反应器进行工艺设计中存在的一些设计难点提出了解决方案。存在的难点包括:中温、中压混合气体反应前后的焓值的确定,如何使直接换热的等温反应器满足温差传热推动力,传热计算所需要的包括中温、中压混合气体的粘度、导热系数、比热容、密度等热物理性质参数的确定。最后给出了合乎实际的反应器工艺设计的结果。 The nature, use and production methods of dimethyl ether were simply introduced. About some of the difficulties in the technology design about the fixed-bed reactor for dimethyl ether with an annual output of 10^4 tons, some solutions were proposed. Existing difficulties included:how to determine the reaction enthalpy value for mid-temperature, mid-pressure gas mixture for direct heat transfer when before and after reaction, such as temperature of thermal reactor to meet the heat transfer driving force for heat transfer calculations required, including temperature, sticky, thermal conductivity, heat capacity, density of the gas mixture and so on the physical properties of thermal parameters. Finally, results of the reactor designed by this technology design method were in line with the actual design.
