1000万吨常压蒸馏塔顶部非正常工况的分析

摘要 镇海炼化公司第三套常减压装置从2004年5月开始在实际运行中出现分离效率下降及局部超负荷的问题。针对此问题,作者收集了常压塔操作的各项相关参数,利用数理统计方法对出现的问题进行了分析与推测验证,并结合停工的实测结果对分析的原因进行验证,最终确认造成上述问题的主要原因是因常压塔顶部低温H2S-HCl-H2O腐蚀严重造成的塔板堵塞,并提出相应的对策。 Since May 2004, the third atmospheric and vacuum unit of Zhenghai Refining&Chemical Company was found that separation efficiency of tray appeared to descent and the partial tower was over burden. Related operating parameter of the unit were collected and the reason with the method of covariance was analyzed. At last, the reason of disfunction was jam on the top trays because of serious corrosion of low temperature H2S-HCl-H2O was given out. Furthermore, the inspection of shutdown was used to verify the surmise and the homologous counterplan was put forward.
