摘要
设计了一个综合性有机化学实验。在该实验中通过重氮化和偶合反应合成无机离子显色剂7-(4-安替吡啉偶氮)-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸,阐述了该显色剂在测定金属离子铜含量时的研究方法及内容。新实验在培养学生有机化学实验基本技能的基础上,着重培养了学生的研究探索能力和创新能力。
A comprehensive organic chemistry experiment was designed in the paper. In this experiment, the inorganic ion chromogenic agent 7- (4-Antipyringlazo) -8-Hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid was synthesized by diazotization-coupiing reaction and the researching method and the content of color development reaction between copper and this spectrophotometric reagent were elaborated on. The necessity and feasibility of this experiment synthesizing 7-(4-Antipyringlazo) -8-Hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid and its color development reaction with copper were investigated. Based on the students training skills for organic chemistry experiment, the new experiment was emphasized to train the students ability of research exploration and innovation.
