摘要
供应链通过物流信息共享可以有效地促进资源共享与资源整合,从而提高服务的附加价值,增强持续增值能力。供应链相邻节点企业之间没有进行物流信息共享的主动性,往往表现为信息不共享。利用博弈模型的触发策略分析相邻节点在完全信息共享、部分信息共享、不进行信息共享以及存在信息共享率与节点企业长远期望等情况下的成本、收益状况,探讨物流信息共享机制有效地降低运作成本,提高服务效益,实现供应链的"共生"与"双赢"。
Gone with logistics information sharing, the neighborly node enterprises, enhancing resources sharing and resources integration of supply chain, can improve value added and increment power persistently. Accordingly, the neigh- bor nodes of supply chain would not like to sharing information with others and don' t take action on sharing sometimes. This paper, making use of re- trigger strategy, analyses the costs and benefits of total supply chain and every neighbor nodes on condition of absolute sharing, partial sharing or not sharing information based on the different information shar- ing rate and a long - term expectation, and discusses the mechanism of logistics information sharing which can play an important role on reducing management cost, improving service benefit and actualizing "symbiosis" &"win - win" for supply chain effectively.
