The goal of reverse logistics is to control the harm to environment, and to create a dean logistics circumstance in its course , so as to make best use of the logistics resources. In this case, it is also called ＂green logistics＂ . To develop the re- verse logistics is the inevitable choice of the enterprise in its future development since it is good not only to the enterprise itself, but the whole society as well, for the enterprise can improve the sense of social responsibility during its performance, hence a- chieving win-win of the enterprise and society.
