基于供应链管理的企业集团物流管理对策

Based on Enterprise Group Logistics Strategy of Supply Chain Management

我国企业集团对物流管理,特别是供应链环境下的物流管理,尚属起步,大部分企业集团还未摆脱计划经济时代的那种"纵向一体化"的管理模式。为使企业集团能快速的进入和适应竞争日益激烈的国际市场的需要,本文打算从介绍物流管理,特别是供应链环境下的物流管理入手,在国际商务的战略高度上,研究和分析国际企业集团在供应链环境下物流管理的主要内容以及它在国际企业集团经营中的作用。鉴于我国企业集团的物流管理发展起步晚、水平低,现行的物流体系很大程度地制约着电子商务的发展,并且物流基础设施不完善,物流管理技术落后的现状,本文分析了我国企业集团物流发展的现状和存在的问题,并且运用供应链环境下物流管理的新特点指出了解决方法。

The logistics management, especially the one under the supply chain environment, is on the way of start, most enterprises haven＇t gotten rid of the planned economy ＂the longitudinal integration＂ management pattern. In order to enable the enterprise group fast entry with the adaptation competition day by day intense international market need, this article planned to research and the analysis international enterprise group＇s main content and function of logistics management under supplies chain environment under the international business environment. In view of the facts that our country enterprise group＇s logistics man- agement development has lower beginning and level, and the logistics infrastructure is imperfect, the logistics managerial technique backward present situation, this article has analyzed our country enterprise group logistics development situation and the existence question, and the logistics management＇s new characteristics has pointed out the solution under the supply chain environment.
