摘要
本试验条件下2Cr13钢离子渗氮层的冲蚀磨损抗力,无论在低冲角或高冲角下都较调质处理有大幅度提高,其原因主要归于离子渗氮层具有高的硬度。表面形貌分析表明,低冲角时以切削磨损为主,高冲角时以形变磨损为主,两种状态表现出明显不同的塑性变形特征。改变冲角仅使表面形貌特征在数量和程度上引起变化,这与冲蚀磨损过程中主要表现的力、能动力学特点相一致。
Under the experimental conditions,whether small or large oblique impinge-ment angles,the resistance of the ionitrided 2Cr13 steel specimens against erosionis increased to a large extent as compared with that of the hardened and tem-pered ones.The increase of the resistance of ionitrided layer against erosion canbe mainly attributed to its high hardness.SEM observation showed that theleading role in erosion is cutting erosion for small oblique impingement(α=20°)and deformed erosion for large oblique impingement(α=70°).There areobvious differences in plastic deformation feature between two treating condi-tions.Fracture morphology of erosion is changed in amount and in extent byvarying impingement angle.This is consistent with the kinetic characteristicsof force and energy in the course of erosion test.
