摘要
供应链集成度是衡量供应链一体化程度的重要指标。通过对集成度进行度量,核心企业可以明确供应链的集成状况,发现导致供应链集成度不高的主要原因。引入社会网络分析中的接近中心度、强度等概念,从供应商方向的集成广度、客户方向的集成广度、供应商方向的集成强度和客户方向的集成强度四个维度对供应链集成度进行度量,构建了供应链集成度DSCI评价模型。提出了双扇形集成弧图概念模型,直观显示四个维度的数值特征,并给出了可能的8种结果。该方法具有较好的通用性,可用于不同行业供应链集成度的评价和不同规模供应链集成度的比较。通过算例,验证了模型的有效性并说明了方法的使用步骤。
The integration level of supply chain is an important index for measuring the degree of supply chain integration (SCI). Through measurement of level of SCI, core enterprises can understand the situation of SCI, and find out main causes for low integration. Social Network Analysis concepts like Closeness Centrality and Strength are introduced to gage the level of SCI through four dimensions, i.e. Width of Integration towards suppliers, Width of Integration towards customers, Strength of Integration towards suppliers and Strength of Integration towards customers to form a DSCI model. The concept model of Dual-fan-shaped Arc of Integration is given forth to display the characteristics of data in four dimensions and eight possible results were provided. The model is universal, and can be utilized to evaluate and compare level of SCI from different sectors and with varying scales. The effectiveness of the model is tested and the steps for application are explained through an example.
