摘要
为充分体现"收益共享、风险共担"的合作关系,动态物流联盟收益分配应以产出分享模式为主。在此基础上,本文建立动态物流联盟利益分配的两阶段过程模型,即在联盟组建期综合考虑各种利益分配要素,提出基于满意度的综合集成方法确定初始利益分配方案,在联盟解体期依据联盟实际运行状况提出不对称Nash协商模型对初始利益分配方案进行协商,以确定最终利益分配协调方案。应用实例表明该模型的合理性和有效性,为动态物流联盟利益合理分配提供切实可行途径。
It is an important guarantee for the healthy and steady running of Dynamic Logistics Alliance (DLA) to establish a scientific and reasonable distribution mechanism of interests. In order to reflect the revenue-sharing and risk-sharing partnerships, DLA should adopt share contract primarily. On this basis, the paper sets up a two-stage process model for the DLA's profit allocation, which proposes the theory of integration based on the degree of satisfaction to determine initial profit allocation plan during the stage of alliance building alliance by synthetically considering all factors of the profit allocation and the asymmetry Nash negotiation model to coordinate the initial plan according to the DLA's actual running state to get the Final scheme. Finally, a concrete example is carried out to illustrate the rationality and validity of the proposed model,which provides a set of feasible methods for DLAs to distribute their interests.
