下肢骨折患者术前凝血功能检查与下肢静脉血栓相关性

Correlationship of preoperative coagulative function and lower extremity vein thrombosis after lower extremity fracture

目的:探讨下肢骨折患者术前D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)与下肢静脉血栓的相关性。方法:对创伤性下肢骨折638例患者术前采静脉血测定D-二聚体、FDP;并行下肢血管多普勒检查,观察下肢静脉血栓的发生率。结果:D-二聚体≥正常值(324μg/L),下肢静脉血栓发生率9.43%;D-二聚体正常,下肢静脉血栓发生率4.65%,两者比较差异显著(P<0.05)。FDP≥正常值(5mg/L),下肢静脉血栓发生率12.19%;FDP正常,下肢静脉血栓发生率为0。结论:下肢骨折后患者术前D-二聚体和FDP水平与下肢静脉血栓有相关性。

Objective：To observe the eorrelationship of preoperative D-dimer, FDP and lower extremity vein thrombosis after lower extremity fracture. Methods ：Plasma levels of D-dimer and FDP were eheeked in 638 patients with lower extremity fracture, Doppler examination of lower extremity vein was performed. Results： In the patients with abnormal D-dimer level, 9.43% developed lower extremity vein thrombosis. In the patients with normal D-dimer,the rate was 4.65%. In the patients with abnormal FDP,the rate was 12.19%. no patient with normal FDP developed lower extremity thrombosis. Conelusion：Pre-operational D-dimer has some correlationship to extremity vein thrombosis in the patients of lower extremity fracture.
