摘要
本文研究了50CrVA钢马氏体-贝氏体复合组织拉伸变形中的加工硬化指数特点及其变化规律,测定了试样喷丸表面残余应力的分布特性,并借助光学显微镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪等观察了组织形貌,分析了复合组织的均匀塑变能力、形变强化能力及其影响因素。
This paper describes the examination of the work hardening exponents chan-ging with the heat treatment processes of tension test bars of the mixed M-Bstructure and the measurement of the distribution of the residual stresseson shot-peened surface.By means of microscope,TEM,X-ray diffractometer,an observation on the microstructure and an investigation of the abilitiesof the homogeneously plastic deformation and the deformation strengtheninghave been made,also an analysis and a discussion have been made about that.
