江苏能源消费与经济增长相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Energy Consumption and Economic Development in Jiangsu Province

改革开放以来,江苏经济发展迅速,特别是进入21世纪后,经济保持平稳较快发展,呈现出"增长较快、结构优化、效益提高、民生改善"的良好运行态势。同时,随着国民经济的发展,对能源的需求也日益增大,经济快速增长必然会带动能源消费的相应增长。江苏是能源资源匮乏地区,有较强的能源依赖性,能源极易成为江苏经济发展的瓶颈,为保持经济的可持续发展,就要提高江苏能源利用效率,促进能源消费与经济的协调发展,本文在此背景下,从经济增长与能源总量消费、能源消费弹性系数和单位GDP能耗等3个方面对江苏经济增长与能源消耗的关系进行深入分析,并提出经济增长与能源消耗协调发展的对策建议。

Since reform and opening-up to outside world, especially in the 21st century, Jiangsu has made rapid development in economy. Along with the economy development, energy consumption has become more and more prominent. Energy is a precondition of the national economy development. Energy consumption and economy development has a close correlation. Economy development has the obvious characteristics in Jiangsu, such as energy-dependence, high consumption and so on. The shortage of energy has become the bottleneck that restricts economy growth in our province. Under this background, the paper analyzes the economy growth and energy consumption in Jiangsu province in three aspects. And it proposes the countermeasures of coordinative development of economy growth and energy consumption.
