摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了LaKFeMoO6化合物的前驱体,在不同温度和不同氢气与氩气体积比的条件下合成了LaKFeMoO6.利用X射线衍射仪、振动样品磁强计对该化合物进行了晶体结构和磁学性能的表征.结果表明,在800,830,850℃和不同的氢气体积分数下都可以形成双钙钛矿型化合物.然而在800℃烧结的样品其磁性受氢气体积分数的影响较小,在830,850℃烧结的样品受氢气体积分数的影响较大.
Precursor of LaKFeMoO6 compound was prepared in aqueous solution by sol-gel process and was calcined at different temperatures and volume ratio of H2/Ar. The compound is characterized by means of X-ray diffractometer and vibrating sample magnetometer. Measurement results demonstrate that double perovskite compound can be obtained in these conditions studied and that the magnetic properties of samples calcined at 800 ℃ are hardly influenced by volume fraction of H2. However, the magnetic properties of samples heated at 830 ℃ and 850℃ are evidently affected by volume fraction of H2.
