神经干细胞的研究概况

摘要 众所周知,干细胞是一类具有趋向性、自我更新和多向分化潜能的特殊细胞,它可以转变为任意一种细胞类型,因此近年来越来越受到科研工作者的青睐。本文通过对神经干细胞的存在部位、来源、植入途径、修复机制及植入体内后机体对神经干细胞的免疫反应进行研究概述,发现神经干细胞在修复神经组织缺损、促进神经系统功能恢复方面起到不可或缺的作用。尤其在神经退行性疾病、缺血性疾病的功能替代等方面具有广泛的应用前景。 As we known, stem cells are a kind of tendency, self-renewal and muhilineage differentiation potential of the special cell. It can be transformed into any cell type, so its more and more popular by the research workers in recently. This article based on the existence of neural stem cells location, source, implantation ,repair mechanisms and implantation of neural stem cells in the body's immune response to research. It is found that neural sten cells in repair of nerve tissue defects and promote functional recovery of the nervous system plays an indispensable role. Especially the function of replace in the neurodegenerative diseases, ischemic diseasea has broad application prospects.
