Research Progress of Technologies of the Isolated Heart Preservation

摘要 心脏保存在心脏移植过程中维持离体心脏的正常生理功能扮演重要的角色。改进供心的保存技术可以延长供心的保存时间,扩大供心的来源。本文简介了心脏保存的现状和原则;总结了各种离体心脏保存方法,从保护离体心脏功能的角度分析各种保存方法的机制和优缺点。但是,目前心脏保存并没有取得实质性进展,在一些方面仍然存在诸多不明和争议,尚需进一步探究。 Heart preservation plays an important role to maintain the normal physiological functions of isolated heart in the process of heart transplantation. For the heart preservation,improving the technology car extend the time of the preservation and the source of the donor heart. This article introduced the current situation and the principle of heart preservation, and summarized kinds of preservation methods for donor heart, their advantages and disadvantages, and their mechanisms in protection of heart function. However, the hear preservation need further reasearch.
