Homogeneous Foreign Body Tendon Transplant Progress

近几年来，国内外学者对同种异体肌腱移植做了大量研究，对异体肌腱的采取和保存、移植后的实验效果和临床应用效果进行了分析评价。本文就异体肌腱移植的历史、异肌腱的保存与处理方法、异体肌腱的免疫排斥反应、异体肌腱移植后的修复方式及移植后的粘连问题进行综述。

In these years,the researchers have done massive researches in the homogeneous foreign body tendon transplant, to analyze the effects of foreign body tendon adopting after preserved, the transplant experimental effect and the clinical practice effect. This article reviewed the history of foreign body tendon transplant, the different tendon preservation and the processing method, the immune response after the foreign body tendon, repair way of the foreign body tendon transplant and the adhesion questions ＇after transplant.
