按摩推拿治疗周围神经损伤的研究进展

Research Progress on the Treatment of Peripheral Nerve Injury with Chinese Massage

周围神经损伤是临床中常见的病症，肢体的任何部位损伤均可造成周围神经的损伤。神经根型颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、梨状肌损伤综合征、腕管综合征是按摩推拿治疗周围神经损伤中较为常见，并具有典型意义的四种病症。推拿手法可以通过缓解肌肉痉挛、减轻水肿和渗出、调整局部的解剖位置等外周刺激的形式，改善神经受压症状，并激活神经修复因子，最终实现功能恢复和行为改善。本文就临床推拿治疗周围神经损伤的机理进行简要综述。

Peripheral nerve injury is a common clinical disease,which can be caused by the injuries of any part of limb. Nerve root cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, piriformis injury syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome are four common and topical-meaningful diseases in the peripheral nerve injury which can be treated by Chinese massage. Chinese massage can improve the nerve compression, activate the repair factor,and finally realize the function recovery and behavior improvement by means of some kinds of periph- eral stimulation, such as relieving musrelated literaturescle spasm, reducing edema and exudation, adjusting partial anatomical position, etc. This paper reviewed the therapeutic mechanism on the treatment of peripheral nerve injury with Chinese massage.
