茵栀黄注射液口服治疗新生儿黄疸64例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 64 Cases with Neonatal Jaundice by Yinzhihuang Injection Oral Treatment

目的探讨茵栀黄注射液口服治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法将64例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组32例采用常规治疗（蓝光照射、酶诱导剂）加用茵栀黄注射液口服；对照组32例单纯采用常规治疗方法。结果治疗组显效25例（78．1％），有效6例（18．8％），无效1例（3．1％），总有效率96．9％。而对照组显效14例（43．7％），有效11例（34．4％），无效7例（21．9％），总有效率78．1％。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论茵栀黄注射液退黄疗效确切，能减少患儿注射痛苦，且方法简便易行。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy on neonatal jaundice by Yinzhihuang injection oral treatment. Methods 64 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into the treatment group and the control group,32 cases of the treatment group carryed out conventional treatment（ Bluray irradiation,the enzyme inducer）plus Yinzhihuang injection oral administration, 32 cases of the control group carryed out simple conventional treatment. Results In the treatment group 25 cases （78.1% ） were significant,6 cases （ 18.8 % ） were effective, 1 case （ 3.1% ） was invalid, the total effective rate was 96.9%. In the control group, 14 cases（43.7% ）were significant, 11 cases（ 34.4% ） were effective ,7 cases（ 21.9% ） were invalid, the total effective rate was 78.1%. There was a statisti- cal significance（P 〈0.05 ）between two gnlops. Conclusion Yinzhihuang injection had exact effect to withdraw Huang, can reduce the injection suffering of children, and the methods were convenient.
