采血量不准确对凝血四项结果的影响分析

Effects of Incorrect Blood Specimen Collection on Coagulation Test

目的探讨真空定量采血管采血不准确对凝血四项结果的影响。方法在4mL真空定量采血管中分别采血1、1．5、2、2．5、3mL全血，分别检测重组凝血酶原时间（RPT）、活化部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）等4项指标，与标准血量2mL所得结果对比。结果血量不足时结果比标准的2mL结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），当血量在〉2mL时部分结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论凝血四项质量控制最重要的前提是采血量要准确，如采血量不足或过多时均对所测结果有影响。

Objective To investigate the impact of quantitative mining vacuum blood for four index of coagulation test. Methods Different volume of whole blood was get by the Mining vacuum blood vessels having total volume of 4ml,The blod volume is 1 ml, 1.5ml,2ml. 2.5ml, 3ml respectively. The four indexes including tested RecombiPlastTin （RPT） , Activated partial thromboplastin time （ APTT ）, Thromhin time （TT） , Fibrinogen （FIB） was detected, The results were compared with that of whole blood volume about 2ml. Result There is statistical difference between the results of insufficient blood volume and the standard volume（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Only part of samples above standard volume has statistical significance compared with the standard volume. （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Corrected volume of blood is the important premise in controlling the quality of coagulation test. Unsuitable volume of blood can affect the detection results.
