妊娠期糖尿病管理机制初探

Initial Exploration of Management Mechanism of Gestation Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病的管理机制和管理措施。方法对在我院妊娠24～28周孕妇进行妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)筛查,采用简易血糖测定仪测定毛细血管血糖代替静脉血糖检查。结果对妊娠合并糖尿病孕妇及时做出诊断,加强孕期管理,用饮食方法或胰岛素治疗控制血糖,适时终止妊娠,可有效降低母婴并发症的发生。结论采用简易血糖测定仪测定毛细血管血糖代替静脉血糖检查,该方法简单、痛苦小,采取一系列管理措施使妊娠期糖尿病孕妇顺利渡过孕期、产褥期,保证母婴平安健康。

OBJECTIVE To explore the management mechanism and measures of gestation diabetes meilitus（GDM）. METHOD Screening of GDM was conducted targeting at the pregnant women with 24-28 weeks in our hospital, and simple blood glucose meter was used to measure blood sugar in capillary vessel instead of venous blood sugar test. RESULTS Maternal and infant complications can be effectively reduced by diagnosing pregnant women with GDM in time, intensifying gestation management, controlling blood sugar level by use of dietetic and insulin therapies, and ending gestation timely.CONCLUSIONS Compared with venous blood sugar test, adopting simple blood glucose meter to measure blood sugar in capillary vessel is easier, which causes minor sufferings. Besides, series of management measures should be taken to make the pregnant women with GDM get through gestation and puerperal stage smoothly and ensure that both mother and infant are safe and healthy.
