盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的护理

To Observe the Effect of the Holistic Nursing Combined with Pelvic Therapy Instrument

目的观察盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的同时实施整体护理的效果。方法将门诊诊断为慢性盆腔炎患者202例随机分为观察组和对照组各101例。观察组采用ZPZ-5型亿方妇科盆腔治疗仪结合心理护理及健康教育,对照组只予盆腔治疗仪治疗。治疗3个疗程后比较两组疗效。结果观察组有效率为93.0%,对照组有效率为83.1%。结论盆腔治疗仪治疗慢性盆腔炎的同时,还应加强心理、饮食及生活起居等整体护理,方能收到满意效果。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of the holistie nursing combined with pelvic therapy instrument in treating the chronic pelvic inflammation. METHODS 202 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups, the trial group （n=101）, which received treatment with type ZPZ-5 pelvic therapy instrument named Yifang combined with psychological nursing and health education. The control group（n=101）, which received treatment with pelvic therapy instrument. Compare the effect between the two groups after 3 periods of treatment. RESULTS The effective efficiency in the trial group is 93.0%, while in the control group is 83.1%. CONCLUSION When we use the pelvic therapy instrument to treat the chronic pelvic inflammation, it is necessary to enhance the holistic nursing in psychological, dietetic and living.
