摘要
目的:本文旨在让更多的老年人了解太极拳并习练太极拳,使老年人的综合素质得到更大的提高。方法:本文采用了文献综述法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法等方法,对太极拳与老年人身心健康的关系进行了简略的分析。结果:太极拳运动具有极其显著的健身益智和祛病延年的价值,是最适合老年人群体的健身运动。结论:调动全社会的积极因素,推进太极拳运动的发展,创建具有中国特色的健康老龄化社会。
Aim: In the age of rapid increase of aging of population, countries around the world are seeking an effective way for the seniors to ease the physical recession. Taijiquan is the representative method of China's traditional medical fitness. This paper aims to enable more seniors to understand Tai Chi Chuan and participate in it, and enhance the quality of them. Method: It used the literature and logical analysis, expert interview. It briefly analyzes the relationship between Taijiquan and the physical and mental health of seniors. Result: Taijiquan is the most suitable for the seniors to exercise. Conclusion: It should improve the development of Taijiquan and create a healthy aging society with Chinese characteristics.
